Terms & Conditions


The website (hereinafter referred to as the "website") is the online store of GEELIST, accessible to all Internet users. The website was designed and is managed by GEELIST, a Greek company located at Agia Sofias 1 - 546 23 Thessaloniki, Greece, with VAT 095675399.

The company's website offers for sale luxury clothing and accessories (hereinafter referred to as products) for all internet users (hereinafter referred to as users) who browse the website and wish to be immediately informed of the products offered by our company in combination with the possibility of making purchases through the e-shop, always subject to the sufficiency of the company's stocks.

Users/buyers must be at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity. The products are intended for the personal use of the buyer only.

The present terms are fully compatible with the applicable European and Greek law and users acknowledge the right of the company to modify provisions of the present terms, insofar as they do not relate to its legally binding obligations and without affecting final situations.

The user of the website acknowledges that he/she has read these terms, agrees with them and undertakes to comply with them.

The user can save and print the terms of use.


The purpose of the Terms and Conditions of Use is to define the rights and obligations of both parties, solely with respect to the transaction between them on the Internet.

The Terms of Use shall apply at all stages necessary for the user to carry out the order and receive confirmation thereof, as agreed between the parties.

These terms are the only document governing the relationship between the parties, cancelling and replacing any other document.

Delivery time

The time of delivery of the order to the customer is determined according to the availability of the products and is that indicated in the order confirmation. Buyers can track their products using the unique delivery number, which will be provided in a related email.

GEELIST reserves the above delivery time of the goods in cases of force majeure. Therefore, in the event of a delay in delivery of the order due to force majeure events, such as but not limited to extreme weather conditions or strikes, GEELIST shall not be in default.


The delivery of products purchased through the Online Store is made throughout Greece and abroad in specific ways per region or volume of product that the customer can choose

The products of the Online Store are sold until the stocks are exhausted. The GEELIST Online Store cannot provide any guarantee for the availability of products, but guarantees the timely notification of end consumers about the unavailability of these products. The photos of the products are indicative and the colors in which they appear may show deviations due to different screen types and resolution.

Limitation of liability

GEELIST makes sure the products of the Online Store are available for sale in accordance with these terms of use and applicable law. GEELIST shall not be liable for any damage or losses that may be caused to customers and/or users of the Online Store, in addition to the obligation to return and replace products as set forth below.

GEELIST shall not be liable for any form of damage (positive, special or consequential, which shall include, but not be limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of earnings, loss of profits, monetary compensation, etc.) suffered by the user of the Online Store or a third party due to a cause related to the operation or use of the services, pages, services, services, options and contents of the Website and/or the inability to provide services and/or information available through the Website and/or any unauthorised interference by third parties with products and/or services and/or information available through the Website.

It is expressly agreed that the above causes include possible errors or omissions in the electronic entry of the information provided (prices, product characteristics, etc.), as well as errors, omissions or technical reasons of any nature, which affect or suspend for a reasonable period of time the operation of the Online Shop and/or its services.

GEELIST shall not be liable in cases of defective operation of the Online Store or in general impossibility or defective provision of its services due to accidental events or reasons of force majeure or reasons caused by the fault of other entities.

GEELIST reserves the right to add, remove or otherwise modify the E-Shop and the information and/or services provided through it, as well as to change the ways of searching for information, at its sole discretion.

GEELIST shall take all appropriate measures to ensure that access to the Online Shop and its services is, as far as possible, continuous and uninterrupted. However, it reserves the reasonable right to interrupt the operation of the Online Shop and/or the individual services in order to carry out maintenance work on the system without prior notice to the user.

Liability of the user

The use of the Online Shop must be exclusively for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not restrict or prevent its use by third parties. The visitor is obliged to use the Online Store in accordance with the law, good morals and these terms, and not to perform any acts or omissions that may cause damage or malfunction to it, affect or jeopardize the provision of services by GEELIST.

The visitor/user of the Online Store assumes responsibility for any damage caused to GEELIST by the improper, illegal or unlawful use of the relevant services.

In any case, the customer/user of the Online Store has the right to contact the competent department of GEELIST at 2310 242161 in order to request the deletion, correction or change of any personal data retained.

Submit an order

Orders must be received via the Online Store by filling in and sending the relevant Order Form.

The prices of the products include VAT.

GEELIST reserves the right to change prices without notice without affecting the prices of orders already registered.

When placing the order, the customer is given the opportunity to choose whether the document issued for the order will be a retail receipt or a sales invoice. An invoice is issued to companies and freelancers if they fill in the following details when placing their order: Company name, Tax ID, Tax Office, Headquarters and delivery address and profession. Any changes to the invoicing data can be made until the delivery date is finalised by the dispatch department.

Right of withdrawal

Each customer of the Online Store has the right, in accordance with applicable law, to withdraw from the sale without justification, by filling out a withdrawal form, which he/she must communicate to GEELIST by e-mail at or by fax at 2310-242261 and return the product purchased within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt. In this case, the return costs shall be borne by the customer.

In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be in its original packaging in the condition in which it was delivered, complete, undamaged (both the product and the packaging) and unused.

It is also required to be necessarily accompanied by the original proof of purchase or purchase invoice. Prior to any return, the customer must contact to obtain the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and to set a time to receive the product.

Refund of the purchase price shall be made in the same manner as payment for the purchase has been made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the product in the aforementioned condition.

Please note that:

No changes or refunds will be made to promotional products and previous season products.

On swimwear and underwear (for hygiene reasons) no changes, nor refunds are accepted. 

Applicable law & other conditions

Any provision of the above terms becomes contrary to the law, shall automatically cease to apply and is removed from the present, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms.

Any waiver, granting of a time limit or failure to enforce one or more of these Terms by GEELIST shall not be construed as a waiver, whether temporary or final, partial or total, of any right or claim arising thereunder or at law.

This Agreement shall be governed by European and Greek Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki.
